Britton graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences. Outside of work, Britton enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter and crazy French Bulldog.

Flanders joined Robert Half in 2005 as a branch manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since taken on roles with increased responsibilities. Prior to his current role, Flanders served as managing director over North America for the firm’s strategic accounts acquisition group and focused on developing and managing enterprise level customers. He assumed the global executive director position in 2019 and currently oversees strategy, operations and business development for more than 140 offices worldwide.

An alumnus of Clemson University, Flanders is a noted speaker and commentator on key issues related to finance and accounting, employment trends and thought leadership. He presents on the national and chapter level with leading professional associations, including Financial Executives International, CFO Leadership Council, Institute of Management Accountants and the FP&A Board. When he’s not in the office, Flanders enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf or relaxing at the beach.

With extensive knowledge of the job market, workplace trends and training and development issues, Hosking is a trusted thought leader and frequent speaker. He has presented at industry conferences and is often interviewed by the media. Hosking holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, where he graduated with honors. He is passionate about developing people, building culture and championing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Marino is a 24-year veteran of Robert Half. Since joining the firm, she has held several leadership positions, most recently serving as vice president for national technology, marketing and creative accounts, supporting the talent and managed solutions needs of large enterprises. Previously, she was the regional director for several major markets across the U.S. Marino has achieved companywide recognition for outstanding leadership and production during her tenure.

A graduate of Penn State University, Marino now resides in Charlotte, NC, where she is married with two children and a big sweet Yellow Lab.

Saah has been with the company since 1998, where he started as a recruiting manager, following a career as an internal auditor and assistant controller. He is a noted expert, author and presenter on career, management and hiring trends, particularly those affecting the accounting and finance fields. Saah earned a finance degree from Virginia Tech.

Based in Washington, D.C. Steinitz began his career with Robert Half in 1996 as a staffing manager. He worked his way up through the organization from division director to branch manager to regional vice president to senior vice president, holding positions in New York and Massachusetts. Most recently, he served as president of the Mid-Atlantic District, which included offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia.

Steinitz is considered a national expert on talent solutions, commenting on recruiting practices, hiring trends and other workplace issues.

Prior to her employment with Robert Half, Sullivan worked as a law clerk at an Ohio law firm and for the Ohio State Legislature. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from The Ohio State University and a juris doctor from Capital University Law School, both in Columbus, Ohio.

Sutton is a noted expert on hiring, career and workplace trends and has been featured by local and national news outlets and publications, including CNN, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Business Insider and CIO.

During her 20-year career with Robert Half, Weitzman has held various leadership positions, where she provided strategic talent solutions to companies and created and executed strategies to grow business and improve employee retention. Weitzman also has been on the board for HDI, an association for technical support professionals, since 2007. When she’s not busy with work, Weitzman enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, golfing or hitting the gym.
