Brandi Britton is executive director of the contract finance and accounting practice at Robert Half. In her current role, Britton leads brand positioning and works with leadership teams across five continents to develop growth strategies and operating processes. Paul Flaharty is executive director of the marketing and creative practice at global talent solutions firm Robert Half, which connects professionals with companies hiring in marketing, creative, digital, advertising and public relations. His primary responsibility is to develop and oversee the growth strategy for the company's marketing and creative contract talent solutions teams across the United States.
Flaharty began his career with Robert Half in New York City in 2005. After seven years of building successful operations in the tri-state area, he relocated to Los Angeles. Flaharty has held several leadership positions, including division director, regional vice president and district director. He most recently oversaw operations throughout Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area for the company’s technology and marketing and creative practices.
Flaharty is a spokesperson for Robert Half and frequently quoted expert on various hiring trends and workplace topics. A graduate of Cornell University, Flaharty is now based in Los Angeles and is proud to be raising two incredible children.
Global Executive Director of the Management Resources Practice
Jason Flanders is global executive director of the management resources practice at Robert Half, the world’s premier provider of senior-level finance, accounting, and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis.
Flanders joined Robert Half in 2005 as a branch manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since taken on roles with increased responsibilities. Prior to his current role, Flanders served as managing director over North America for the firm’s strategic accounts acquisition group and focused on developing and managing enterprise level customers. He assumed the global executive director position in 2019 and currently oversees strategy, operations and business development for more than 140 offices worldwide.
An alumnus of Clemson University, Flanders is a noted speaker and commentator on key issues related to finance and accounting, employment trends and thought leadership. He presents on the national and chapter level with leading professional associations, including Financial Executives International, CFO Leadership Council, Institute of Management Accountants and the FP&A Board. When he’s not in the office, Flanders enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf or relaxing at the beach.

Tim Hird is executive vice president of enterprise optimization for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, and Protiviti, a global consulting firm and Robert Half subsidiary. Robert Half is traded on the New York Stock Exchange and a member of the S&P 500 Index.
In his role, Hird enhances combined Robert Half-Protiviti solution offerings to help businesses create functions and processes, address performance issues, and drive improvement.
Hird most recently served as executive director of the management resources practice, beginning in 2012. He joined Robert Half in 2000 as an account executive for our management resources practice and helped launch the division’s London office. He quickly assumed leadership roles to expand the business throughout the UK, European and Asia-Pacific regions. In 2007, he relocated to Singapore and directed operations for multiple Robert Half business units in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. He is now based out of the company’s headquarters in California.
Hird is a noted speaker, author and commentator on issues impacting finance and accounting professionals, such as career and workplace management, employment trends, regulatory reform, and employee mobility. He has worked with leading professional associations – including Financial Executives International, The Institute of Internal Auditors, American Institute of CPAs, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – on initiatives ranging from thought leadership and national-conference presentations to chapter building.

He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in Upstate New York.

Alfredo Mendez is the vice president of experience and inclusion at Robert Half. In this role, he sets strategy and programs that support a culture of growth and inclusion for 13,000 employees globally. Mendez was previously at AECOM, overseeing global talent, experience and DEI efforts. He’s held leadership roles at Raytheon, Levi Strauss and Warner Bros., and has consulted with Fortune 100 companies.
Mendez is actively involved with the Association for Latino Professionals for America and is a board member with the National Hispanic Corporate Council and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He is also an advisory board member for HR.com and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (I4CP).

Stephanie Naznitsky is executive director of the administrative and customer support practice at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, where she manages operations for nearly 300 practice locations worldwide. Steve Saah is executive director of the finance and accounting permanent placement practice at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized financial talent solutions service. The company has more than 300 locations worldwide. He is responsible for leading U.S. operations, based in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. He was named executive director in 2017, previously serving as director of permanent placement services.
Saah has been with the company since 1998, where he started as a recruiting manager, following a career as an internal auditor and assistant controller. He is a noted expert, author and presenter on career, management and hiring trends, particularly those affecting the accounting and finance fields. Saah earned a finance degree from Virginia Tech.

Michael Steinitz is senior executive director at Robert Half overseeing finance and accounting talent and recruiting solutions, including full-time, contract and permanent placement, administrative and customer support and business transformation.
Based in Washington, D.C. Steinitz began his career with Robert Half in 1996 as a staffing manager. He worked his way up through the organization from division director to branch manager to regional vice president to senior vice president, holding positions in New York and Massachusetts. Most recently, he served as president of the Mid-Atlantic District, which included offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia.

Jamy Sullivan is executive director of the legal practice at Robert Half, a premier talent solutions firm. Jeff Weber is executive director of the technology practice at Robert Half and manages operations for more than 100 locations worldwide. Randi Weitzman is executive director of technology, marketing and legal talent solutions for permanent placements at Robert Half.
