Brandi Britton

Executive Director of the Contract Finance and Accounting Practice

Brandi Britton is executive director of the contract finance and accounting practice at Robert Half. Throughout her more than 20 years in the talent solutions industry, she has served as an authority on career and hiring trends at the national and regional levels. In her current role, Britton leads brand positioning and works with leadership teams across five continents to develop growth strategies and operating processes. She also serves on the UCLA Anderson Forecast Board of Advisors. Most recently, she served as district president for the greater Los Angeles area, overseeing 14 Robert Half locations.

Britton graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences. Outside of work, Britton enjoys sending time her husband, young daughter and crazy French Bulldog.

Paul Flaharty

Executive Director of the Marketing and Creative Practice

Paul Flaharty is executive director of the marketing and creative practice at global talent solutions firm Robert Half, which connects professionals with companies hiring in marketing, creative, digital, advertising and public relations. His primary responsibility is to develop and oversee the growth strategy for the company's marketing and creative contract talent solutions teams across the United States.

Flaharty began his career with Robert Half in New York City in 2005. After seven years of building successful operations in the tri-state area, he relocated to Los Angeles. Flaharty has held several leadership positions, including division director, regional vice president and district director. He most recently oversaw operations throughout Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area for the company’s technology and marketing and creative practices.

Flaharty is a spokesperson for Robert Half and frequently quoted expert on various hiring trends and workplace topics. A graduate of Cornell University, Flaharty is now based in Los Angeles and is proud to be raising two incredible children.

Jason Flanders

Global Executive Director of the Management Resources Practice

Jason Flanders is global executive director of the management resources practice at Robert Half, the world’s premier provider of senior-level finance, accounting, and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis.

Flanders joined Robert Half in 2005 as a branch manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since taken on roles with increased responsibilities. Prior to his current role, Flanders served as managing director over North America for the firm’s strategic accounts acquisition group and focused on developing and managing enterprise level customers. He assumed the global executive director position in 2019 and currently oversees strategy, operations and business development for more than 140 offices worldwide.

An alumnus of Clemson University, Flanders is a noted speaker and commentator on key issues related to finance and accounting, employment trends and thought leadership. He presents on the national and chapter level with leading professional associations, including Financial Executives International, CFO Leadership Council, Institute of Management Accountants and the FP&A Board. When he’s not in the office, Flanders enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf or relaxing at the beach.

Robert Hosking

Robert Hosking is executive director of the administrative and customer support practice at Robert Half, where he leads operations for nearly 300 practice locations worldwide. With close to 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, he began his career at Robert Half in 1995 and has held numerous leadership roles within the company.

With extensive knowledge of the job market, workplace trends and training and development issues, Hosking is a trusted thought leader and frequent speaker. He has presented at industry conferences and is often interviewed by the media. Hosking holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, where he graduated with honors. He is passionate about developing people, building culture and championing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Paul McDonald

Senior Executive Director

Paul McDonald is senior executive director at Robert Half, which specializes in talent solutions for the finance and accounting, administrative and customer support, marketing and creative, technology, and legal fields. He oversees partnerships and alliances for the company as well as serving as the chief spokesperson. McDonald writes and speaks frequently on hiring, workplace and career management topics. Over the course of more than 35 years in the recruiting field, he has advised thousands of company leaders on talent solutions and job seekers on getting hired and career mapping.

McDonald joined Robert Half in 1984 as a recruiter for financial and accounting professionals in Boston, following a public accounting career with Price Waterhouse. In the 1990s, he became president of Robert Half’s operations in the western United States. McDonald became senior executive director of the management resources practice in 2000, managed numerous practice areas over his tenure and assumed his current role in 2012. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in Upstate New York.

Alfredo Mendez

Vice President of DEI and Community

Alfredo Mendez is the vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and community at Robert Half. In this role, he sets strategy and programs that support a culture of growth and inclusion and a positive experience for employees globally. Mendez was previously at AECOM, overseeing global talent, experience and DEI efforts. He’s held leadership roles at Raytheon, Levi Strauss and Warner Bros., and has consulted with Fortune 100 companies.

Mendez is actively involved with the Association for Latino Professionals for America and is a board member with the National Hispanic Corporate Council and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He is also an advisory board member for HR.com and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (I4CP).

Steve Saah

Executive Director of the Finance and Accounting Permanent Placement Practice

Steve Saah is executive director of the finance and accounting permanent placement practice at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized financial talent solutions service. The company has more than 300 locations worldwide. He is responsible for leading U.S. operations, based in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. He was named executive director in 2017, previously serving as director of permanent placement services.

Saah has been with the company since 1998, where he started as a recruiting manager, following a career as an internal auditor and assistant controller. He is a noted expert, author and presenter on career, management and hiring trends, particularly those affecting the accounting and finance fields. Saah earned a finance degree from Virginia Tech.

Michael Steinitz

Senior Executive Director

Michael Steinitz is senior executive director at Robert Half overseeing finance and accounting talent and recruiting solutions, including full-time, contract and permanent placement, administrative and customer support and business transformation.

Based in Washington, D.C. Steinitz began his career with Robert Half in 1996 as a staffing manager. He worked his way up through the organization from division director to branch manager to regional vice president to senior vice president, holding positions in New York and Massachusetts. Most recently, he served as president of the Mid-Atlantic District, which included offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia.

Steinitz is considered a national expert on talent solutions, commenting on recruiting practices, hiring trends and other workplace issues.

Jamy Sullivan

Executive Director of the Legal Practice

Jamy Sullivan is executive director of the legal practice at Robert Half, a premier talent solutions firm. An author and speaker on legal employment and practice management topics, she began her career with Robert Half in 2002 as an account executive in Columbus, Ohio. Over the years, she has held various management positions within the company and received recognition for serving on project committees, mentoring internal employees and her leadership performance. Sullivan, who is based in Dallas, became executive director in 2016 and manages operations for the legal practice in North America.

Prior to her employment with Robert Half, Sullivan worked as a law clerk at an Ohio law firm and for the Ohio State Legislature. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from The Ohio State University and a juris doctor from Capital University Law School, both in Columbus, Ohio.

During her 20-year career with Robert Half, Weitzman has held various leadership positions, where she provided strategic talent solutions to companies and created and executed strategies to grow business and improve employee retention. Weitzman also has been on the board for HDI, an association for technical support professionals, since 2007. When she’s not busy with work, Weitzman enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, golfing or hitting the gym.
