MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- It proved to be a sweet 16 for the Robert Half annual suit drive. The 16-year program had its most successful effort to date as offices across North America collected more than 42,000 interview-appropriate items for economically disadvantaged job seekers. The global staffing firm topped its previous record of nearly 33,000 pieces set in 2012.
With donations from staff and their local businesses, the initiative has totaled more than 360,000 items since its inception in 2002. The clothing and accessories were distributed to nonprofit organizations to be shared with their clients, including Dress for Success, one of Robert Half's national charity partners.
