MENLO PARK, Calif., March 2, 2023 -- DeLynn Senna, a 24-year veteran of global talent solutions and business consulting firm Robert Half, has been promoted to senior district president for the company’s global executive search operations. Spanning 11 countries, Robert Half’s executive search practice helps companies build superior leadership teams, focusing on C-level and VP-level roles across a wide range of industries and functional areas such as executive management, finance and accounting, IT, HR, sales and marketing, legal, and operations. In May 2022, Robert Half was named America’s No. 1 Executive Recruiting Firm by Forbes.
Since joining Robert Half, Senna has built a successful career, driving operational excellence across multiple practice groups and geographies. Previously, she served as senior district president for legal talent solutions in the United States, executive director for international permanent placement solutions and senior managing director for executive search in Europe. Senna also spent 12 years as executive director for Robert Half’s permanent finance and accounting practice group.
