MENLO PARK, Calif. — Staffing firm Robert Half is one of 571 companies that has earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI is a national benchmark of corporate policies and practices.
The CEI rates companies in five categories, including non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion, public commitment to LGBTQ equality, and responsible citizenship. Employers that earn a 100 percent score are recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
